MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SHADUR, District Judge.
This Court’s May 24, 1988 memorandum opinion and order (the “Opinion,” 686 F.Supp. 1319) dealt at length with extensive motions filed by the litigants in this dispute over castings produced for the oil-drilling industry.1 In light of the acrimony *284that has marked the lawsuit throughout (unfortunately infecting the relationship between the lawyers as well as their clients), it is not surprising that the Opinion appears to have added fuel to the conflagration and has led to various other matters this Court must now address.
