ORME, Judge:
Plaintiff Peter Dementas appeals from a judgment dismissing his claim against the Estate of Jack Tallas. Dementas seeks reversal of the trial court’s decision and the entry of judgment in his favor. We affirm.
FACTS
Jack Tallas came to the United States, as an immigrant from Greece, in 1914. He lived in Salt Lake City for nearly seventy years, residing at Little America Hotel during the last years of his life.
