MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ROBERT E. GINSBERG, Bankruptcy Judge.
The debtor-in-possession, Peter J. Deme-tralis, instituted this adversary proceeding against Golden Guernsey, Inc. to recover four alleged preferential transfers under 11 U.S.C. § 547. 1 The debtor has filed a motion for summary judgment.
