MEMORANDUM OPINION
A. THOMAS SMALL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the court is the trustee’s complaint for avoidance of a preferential transfer pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 547 and 550. A trial was held in Raleigh, North Carolina, on August 26, 1986.
