Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vinik, J.), rendered April 4, 1985, convicting him of criminal sale of a *960controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Contrary to the defendant’s contention, reversal of the judgment is not required because the People were unable to produce the notes made by one of the arresting officers which contained the description of the perpetrator as given to him by the undercover officer involved in this so-called "buy and bust” operation.
