This is a petition by National Labor Relations Board, filed pursuant to section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160(e), seeking enforcement of the Board’s order directing respondent Trinity Steel Company, Inc., to bargain with a designated union 1 as the representative of respondent’s production and maintenance employees.
