Pending before this Court is a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), filed by Defendants Sunbury Police Department, Gary Heckman, and Christopher Blaise (hereinafter “Defendants”) against Plaintiff Matthew Young (hereinafter “Mr. Young”).1 The motion seeks to dismiss Mr. Young’s claims for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et. seq., (hereinafter “ADA”) and the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794 (hereinafter…
