Plaintiffs Vizant Technologies, LLC (“Vizant”) and Joseph Bizzarro (“Bizzar-ro”) have filed this action against two former Vizant employees, Julie P. Whitchurch *624(“Whitchurch”) and Jamie Davis (“Davis”).
