OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division in each case should be modified in accordance with this memorandum and, as so modified, affirmed.

Defendants are chiropractors, maintaining individual practices in the metropolitan New York area, who allegedly conspired with an attorney named Kramer and his associates to defraud insurance companies by fabricating the injuries and treatment of accident victims.
