ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

HOVLAND, Chief Judge.

Before the Court are two summary judgment motions filed pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The defendants, KEM Electric Coopera tive, Inc. (“KEM”), and Michael D. Rudolph, filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on June 8, 2006, seeking summary judgment on all of the plaintiffs claims. On July 17, 2006, the defendant, Thomas B. Bair, filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth below, the motions are granted.
