Williams filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, on October 20, 1999, against Skysite Communications Corporation; U.S. Digital Satellite, Inc., a/k/a U.S. Digital Satellite Group d/b/a International Satellite Group, Inc.; and some fictitiously named defendants.
