This is an ad valorem tax case. In their appeal following a trial on stipulated facts, Panther Creek Ventures, Ltd., Eldorado Ranch, Ltd., and Eldorado Park, Ltd., contend the trial court erred in concluding the Collin Central Appraisal District properly applied rollback taxes to certain parcels of land they owned and were developing as residential subdivisions.
