¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees Salvatore and Maria Lapio, Trustees of the Sunshine Homebuilders, Inc., Profit Sharing Plan and Trust (Homebuilders), and against Appellants Ronald and Marian Robbins, in the amount of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00), plus interest.
