This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, dissolving an injunction and dismiss*250ing the hill of the appellants. The hill charges, that the appellants are the owners of the lots abutting upon Decker street or Maryland avenue, between Shirk and Brown streets, in Baltimore County; that the bed of said street or avenue belongs to the complainants, and that the same is a private way.
