CLAYTON, Justice.

This is a divorce proceeding wherein appellant, William H. McGinty, was granted a divorce from appellee, Helen Elizabeth McGinty. Appellant has filed a limited appeal, wherein he appeals from that part of the judgment awarding appellee “twenty-five percent of all disability benefits due [appellant], and accruing after November 9, 1978, as a result of [appellant’s] military service with the U.S. Department of Navy.
