This is an appeal of a judgment of the Denver Juvenile Court denying a natural father’s motion to set aside a stepparent adoption of his son by the husband of the child’s mother.1 The appellant sought to set aside this stepparent adoption on the basis that his consent authorizing the adoption of his child was invalid because it was induced by an unenforceable promise that he could continue to have visitation rights with respect to his child.
