Plaintiff, Sandra Deblock, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, filed on December 24, 1980, a complaint to determine the dis-chargeability of a debt due her from said Edward Michael Deblock, Jr. and Carol Marie Deblock, fka Carol Marie Hart, hereinafter referred to as defendants. Plaititiff claimed that said debt was non-dischargea-ble as provided for under 11 U.S.C. Section 523(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code.
