MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER AFFIRMING DENIAL OF DEBTORS’ OBJECTION TO PROOF OF CLAIM
WINDER, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the court on debtors and appellants Michael J.D. Smith’s (“Mr. Smith”) and Sandra Rose Smith’s (collectively “Debtors”) appeal of an order entered by the Honorable Glen E. Clark, Chief United States Bankruptcy Court Judge, on September 12, 1994, denying debtors’ objection to a proof of claim. The court conducted a hearing on Debtors’ appeal on April 3, 1995.
