MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JOHNSON, District Judge.
On January 22, 2007, Defendant Syed S. Mahdi, M.D., (“Defendant Mahdi”) filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Diversity Jurisdiction (Doc. No. 7). On January 26, 2007, Defendants Plains Regional Medical Center (“Plains”) and Presbyterian Healthcare Services (“PHS”) filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Diversity Jurisdiction and Failure to State a Claim (Doc.
