€ 1 Pursuant to Rule 11 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP) the Petitioner, Jeffery Dane Wagnon, filed a Petition for Reinstatement on November 15, 2013, requesting reinstatement as a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Petitioner Wagnon was suspended from the OBA on October 12, 2004. Upon review, we find the Petition for Reinstatement is supported by clear and convincing evidence and grant reinstatement.
