{¶ 1} Respondent, William Kaplan of Shaker Heights, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0030108, was admitted to the Ohio Bar in May 1967. In August 2008, relator, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, filed a complaint charging respondent with violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility and the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct.
