Defendant appeals from a judgment, after trial before a jury, on verdicts finding him guilty of (a) burglary in the first degree (count two), (b) assault with a deadly weapon (count three), and (c) violation of section 288a of the Penal Code (countfour).
In the course of the proceedings, defendant was found by the trial court to be a mentally disordered sex offender who would not be benefited by treatment.
