Appellant, M.P. (“Mother”), appeals from the order entered on May 6, 2011 granting permission for Appellee, E.D. (“Father”), to move from Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, to Barton, New York, with the parties’ male child, D.C.D., (“Child”), and entering a revised custody schedule. This appeal requires consideration of the procedures and legal standards set forth in the newly enacted Child Custody Act, 23 Pa.C.SA. §§ 5321 et seq. (sometimes referred to as the “Act”).
