S.P.K. (“Father”) appeals from the order entered on January 16, 2014 by the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Family Division, granting D.K. (“Mother”) primary physical custody of the parties’ three children, J.K., S.K., and C.K. (collectively “the children”) — ages nine, seven, and five respectively. After careful review of the record and applicable statutory and case law, we affirm.
