This case came before us pursuant to a petition for certiorari, filed by BHG, Inc. (BHG), requesting review of an order entered in the Superior Court, barring BHG from introducing evidence of post-termination sales in its action for breach of contract against F.A.F., Inc. (FAF). BHG urges this Court to review the ruling of the trial justice and conclude that the trial justice erred.
