CORN, Justice.

In June, 1952, the ■ plaintiff, a minor 15 years of age, left his home -in North Carolina and came to Oklahoma City to visit a relative. Circumstances necessitated his seeking employment, and -on June 17th., he made written application therefor to defendant. In this application plaintiff falsified his age, but it is conceded defendant made no investigation of the matter. ■ After being interviewed plaintiff was accepted and immediately put to- work loading and unloading defendant’s trucks under circumstances, and in the manner hereinafter detailed.
