When this ease was here on exceptions to a judgment sustaining a demurrer to the plaintiff’s petition, it was held that a cause of action was set forth, based on “the alleged breach by the defendant of his contract for the transfer and sale of a certain lease ” 25 Ga. App. 89 (102 S. E. 550).
