HAIGHT, Senior District Judge:
This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs motion (Doc. 31) for an order of the Court granting Plaintiff leave to file a Second Amended Complaint against Defendant in the form attached to the motion papers. Plaintiffs motion to amend is made under Rule 15(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
