Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Harris, J.), entered June 22, 1994 *768in Albany County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent Planning Board of the Town of Guilder-land approving a preliminary subdivision plat for the Pine Haven Estates.
