Davis v. Stephens

This is an action to quiet title. The land involved is the Northwest Quax’ter of the Northwest Quarter, the Southwest Quarter of the Noxihwest Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Sectioxx 23, Towxxship 24 North, Raixge 15 East ixx New Madrid County which includes a total of one hundred and twenty (120) acres. It comprises three forty-acre tracts lying along the western line of the sectioxx extending from north to south. We shall refer to these tracts as the north 40, the middle 40 and the south 40.
