¶ 1 The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appeals from the order entered in the York County Court of Common Pleas, directing the York County District Attorney’s Office to admit Appellee, Dana A. Sohnleitner, into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (“ARD”) program. The Commonwealth asks us to consider whether the trial court abused its discretion by ordering Appellee’s admission to the ARD program when the district attorney offered sufficient evidence to support the denial of Appellee’s application.
