ROGERS, Circuit Judge.

This appeal is from an order sustaining a writ of habeas corpus discharging from the custody of the Commissioner of Immigration at the port of New York Dora Sejnensky, an alien who was excluded from the United States on the. ground that she was feeble-mihded. She thereupon appealed to the Commissioner General of Immigration at Washington, and the exclusion order was modified to the extent of allowing her to land temporarily for six months to visit her relatives, under a bond of $1,000.
