—Ap*498peal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Wade, J.), rendered February 25, 1992, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was convicted of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, as a result of his sale of drugs to an undercover police officer on June 26, 1990.
