This dispute involves allegations by plaintiff Dionne Michelle Williams-Green that her employer, J. Alexander’s Restaurants, Inc., violated stage wage laws by operating an improper tip pool and by failing to pay the proper amount of overtime pay. Williams-Green has filed a motion for class certification, and both parties have filed motions for summary judgment. See Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56.
