Memorandum: This proceeding was instituted by the petitioners pursuant to section 298 of the Executive Law to annul an order of the State Human Rights Appeal Board dated March 11, 1977, which affirmed a determination of the State Division of Human Rights dated May 7, 1975. The State division found that petitioners’ policy as to maternity leave was discriminatory, and awarded complainant her regular salary for the period from September 1, 1972 to February 1, 1973, less…
