This bill in equity was filed by the complainants, in behalf of themselves, and all other creditors, of the Ashland-Twelfth State Bank, organized under the Banking Act of Illinois, by which they sought to enforce the superadded constitutional liability of the stockholders of the hank. This hank seems to have heen organized as a feeder for the LaSalle Street Trust & Savings Bank. Mr. Charles B.
