Plaintiffs filed a complaint in equity on behalf of themselves and all other creditors of the Crawford State Savings Bank by which they sought to enforce the constitutional liability of the stockholders of the bank. This appeal involves solely the question whether W. A. Jones Foundry & Machine Company, hereinafter referred to as defendant, is liable upon certain stock standing in its name upon the books of the bank on the date it was closed by the auditor of public accounts.
