December 14, 1929, the complainants Babka Plastering Company, William Horalek, Helen Campbell and Jerry 0. Novak, filed their amended and supplemental bill on behalf of themselves and of all other creditors of the City State Bank of Chicago, organized under the Banking Act of Illinois, by which they sought to enforce the constitutional superadded liability of stockholders of the bank under section 6, Cahill’s Rev.
