The defendant, Bruce Vanguilder, having been found guilty by a jury in Superior Court (Bean, J.) of the crimes of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2 (Supp. 1983), and burglary, RSA 635:1, appeals his conviction on a variety of grounds. We affirm the convictions.
The facts on the record warrant the following findings. On the night of May 19, 1983, Mildred Hall was raped in her home by an assailant.
