— This is a suit brought by four resident taxpayers and patrons on behalf of themselves and all other resident property owners, taxpayers and patrons similarly situated in the Slater school district, to enjoin defendants, members of the school board of said district and the “superintendent of public schools” of the district, from moving the grade school in said district to the high school building therein and moving the high school from said district to the grade school building.
