Plaintiff, National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA (hereinafter “National Union”), instituted this action for declaratory relief seeking to have an insurance contract between it and defendant Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (hereinafter “MMWEC”) rescinded and declared null, void, and of no effect ab initio.
