MEMORANDUM
NEWCOMER, District Judge.
Presently before this Court are Motion of Defendant B.A.T. Industries p.l.c. to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, and plaintiffs’ response thereto, and defendant’s reply thereto. For the following reasons, the Court grants defendant’s motion. Also before this Court are Motion to Quash and for Entry of a Protective Order of Defendant B.A.T.
