Lynn Warner, who was injured when a Ryder rental truck collided with her vehicle on a road in Hopkinton, New Hampshire, seeks a declaratory judgment against Clarendon National Insurance Co. (“Clarendon”), reinsurer to Ryder’s now-insolvent insurance carrier, Frontier Insurance Company (“Frontier”). Warner has moved for summary judgment on her sole claim for a declaration that Frontier’s policy provides coverage in the amount of $2 million to both the driver of the truck, Scott Brown, and its lessee, Jennifer Cor-lett, for Warner’s injuries (document 10).…
