This case came before the Supreme Court on May 15, 2007, on appeal by the defendant, Radames Gonzalez (defendant or Gonzalez), from a Superior Court judgment of conviction for numerous drug charges, including three counts of delivery of cocaine; one count of possession of between one ounce and one kilogram of cocaine; one count of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver; and finally, resisting arrest.
