The Manufacturers Trust Company appeals from an order of the bankruptcy court, which modified an order of the referee, and denied its motion to dismiss objections filed to its account as mortgage trustee under a “series” of bonds of the debtor. The original proceeding was for a reorganization of the debtor — Prudence-Bonds Corporation — under Section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 207.
