These consolidated appeals involve the plaintiffs’, Baxter International, Inc. and Baxter Travenol Laboratories, Inc., challenges to their business profits tax assessments for the tax years 1982 through 1985. The plaintiffs argue that the Superior Court (McGuire, J.) erred in granting the State’s motion to dismiss. We affirm.
