This is an original proceeding brought to restrain and prohibit the HonorableLivingstonJN- Taylor, Judge of the Eighth Judicial District from proceeding further with a cause pending in the District Court of Colfax County, upon the alleged ground' that he was disqualified to try it. The facts are:
