Respondent, Joseph E. Stillo, was admitted to the Illinois bar on February 8, 1944. In December of 1975 the Administrator of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission filed a four-count complaint with the Commission’s Hearing Board charging respondent with professional misconduct tending to bring the legal profession into disrepute. The matter was assigned to a panel of the Hearing Board.
