• An information on the relation of the State’s attorney of Tazewell county and certain members of the bar of that county was filed-in this court at the October, 1916, term, for the disbarment of Orville A. Smith, respondent, as a practicing attorney and to strike his name from the roll of attorneys. The information consisted of twenty counts, but counts 1, 2 and 3 were stricken and counts 9 and 10 have been abandoned by relators.
