Helen Sue Kagan (“Plaintiff’) brings this Action, on behalf of herself and a class, alleging that Selene Finance L.P. (“Selene Finance”) and Selene Ventures GP, LLC (“Selene Ventures,” and collectively, “Defendants”) engaged in unlawful credit and collection practices in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq.
